When you buy or use FirstWords English, we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Your payment status (whether your purchase succeeded)

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card details.

We use the information we collect to:

• Deliver the course and give you access to your lessons
• Provide customer support
• Measure and improve our advertising on platforms like Meta (Facebook and Instagram)

To do that last part, limited data (such as that you visited the page or completed a purchase) may be shared with or used by these advertising platforms for ad measurement and optimization. We use this to understand which ads work and to reach people who are likely to be interested — not to sell your personal data.

Payments are handled by Razorpay, our payment processor. Razorpay processes your payment data under its own privacy policy and security standards.

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, or to delete it. Email support@sdrflux.in and we'll take care of your request.
